In his corporate career, Rich has worked in or lead Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Professional Services, Regulatory Support, Sales and Strategic Planning. He has helped create and run four startup companies.
Rich has consulted nationally and internationally with experience in Argentina, England, Holland and Spain. Additionally, he has taught classes in leadership, management and telecommunications at the bachelors and masters level at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California and at the University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado. Rich has used his teaching skills to coach or mentor hundreds of leaders and managers in career and performance management creating high performance individuals and teams. He started coaching with Management Possible in 2005.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his Master of Science from Golden Gate University, his Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University and his Associate in Arts from Kaskaskia College. Rich also holds Certificates in Six Sigma from Villa Nova University, Process Quality Management Improvement from AT&T and Electronics Technology from Cleveland Institute of Electronics
